Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Teilnahme sowie die Kostenübernahme mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten besprochen und genehmigt ist, sofern die Teilnahme im dienstlichen Interesse erfolgt und während der Arbeitszeit erfolgt. Mit der Anmeldung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie die AGBs gelesen und akzeptiert haben. Sie sind sich vor allem auch der Stornierungs - und Umbuchungsmodalitäten bewusst und wissen, dass bei einer Stornierung von 14 oder weniger Kalendertagen vor Seminarbeginn die volle Seminargebühr fällig wird. Eine Stornierung hat schriftlich per Email zu erfolgen.

Teaching is not an easy job, when it is the first time, you have to do it. Questions about how to design the courses, about which teaching methods should be used and about how to integrate assessments into course designs come up because you want to do a good job.
In this four day course (2 x 2 days) you will get to know instruments which may help you to master your first teaching experience. You will learn how to design university courses taking into account the conditions of learning and the intended competences. You will be introduced to teaching strategies and teaching methods which you can use in order to motivate and activate your students. In addition you will also have the possibility to reflect your role as a University teacher and we will reflect on successful communication and interaction within University courses. Another subject of this course is student assessment.
The objective of this four day course is that you are able to teach in a learner-centered manner and implement adequate ways of student assessment. This course is addressed to persons who teach for the first times in University contexts. Attending this course you will gain more certainty in teaching and you are able to design your courses more quickly and effectively.
