Aim
Aiming on a basic medium term planning for your professional and private decisions the workshop is not a (individual) job counselling.

Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Teilnahme sowie die Kostenübernahme mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten besprochen und genehmigt ist, sofern die Teilnahme im dienstlichen Interesse erfolgt und während der Arbeitszeit erfolgt. Mit der Anmeldung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie die AGBs gelesen und akzeptiert haben. Sie sind sich vor allem auch der Stornierungsund Umbuchungsmodalitäten bewusst und wissen, dass bei einer Stornierung von 14 oder weniger Kalendertagen vor Seminarbeginn die volle Seminargebühr fällig wird. Eine Stornierung hat schriftlich per Email zu erfolgen.

Within a personal orientation you will be given the opportunity to reflect on, analyse and evaluate your present professional situation. There are many occasions for a personal orientation, for example:
- Successful completion of your PhD
- As basis for annual performance reviews with your superior
- When considering specific career steps within science or industrial companies
- In case of questions concerning life- and career plans
Within the personal orientation you deal with personal aims and … specific steps for your career and competence development
